Derpy: Yes, my little muffin?
Dinky: Why did you bring me here?
Derpy: It's quite simple... I wanted you to show my favorite spot for relaxing when I get a break for my deliveries.
Dinky: Uh? Why here?
Derpy: Well.... the view is beautiful from here, don't you think?
Dinky: Ummm... Yeah! I think... I think I can see our house from here...
Derpy: Exactly. That way, I can think of you even more... it gives me the courage to finish my day.
Dinky: M-mom?
Derpy: Umm?
Dinky: W-why you don't just come home instead?
Derpy: *sigh* B-because... *deep breath* I think I couldn't leave for work afterward... It makes me sad to leave you alone in the mor-
Dinky caught her mother in a tight hug.
Dinky: I-I knew you were looking at me even when you were working... B-but...
Derpy: D-dinky...
Dinky: D-don't worry mommy... I'm a big filly... I-I can take care of myself even when you are absent. I know you have to work everyday for me... P-please don't worry for me... okay?
Derpy caught her little filly in her hooves in a soft, tight hug, her eyes watering....

They stayed in each others hooves for a moment, until Derpy loosened her grip.
Derpy: We better go home soon. I have to cook dinner...

Dinky: I like your relaxing spot. Can we come back here at least once a week?

Dinky: No. It's because I know you watch over me from here.
Derpy smiled. Then, Dinky got her back and they were off to their home.
